Victoria Newitt Recruitment has been retained by our client Fraserway RV to search for their next TWO Sales Managers at their flagship location in Abbotsford,BC.
Position Profile
The Sales Manager - Abbotsford Dealership, is responsible for ensuring their team is set-up for success to deliver against key Dealership performance metrics that are also aligned with the Fraserway RV Mission, Vision and Values. They will work closely with the General Sales Manager and National Sales Development Manager, to identify innovative ways to ensure their Dealership is poised for scalable and sustainable growth while maintaining Fraserway RVs’ core values. Success in this role will be defined by the collective achievements and growth of the teams they inspire and lead.
In this role, the Sales Manager will achieve unit and revenue sales targets for sales within the dealership. Setting and demonstrating every day the key selling behaviors that are benchmarks of high-performance sales teams, will be critical to success in this role. You will spend your days leading, coaching, setting specific targets and developing the sales consultants within your team. The desired result of your leadership and selling acumen is a best-in-class selling team hard wired to meet and exceed revenue targets while promptly and professionally addressing the needs of customers. The Sales Manager is also required to generate and deliver sales and local marketing initiatives, revenue growth and client retention strategies.

Compensation:
The base salary for this role is $80,000.00, plus 30% bonus and an uncapped commission program.
Employment offers are determined by knowledge, experience and consideration for internal equity. Plus competitive variable performance bonus.
